Online booking.

When we introduced online booking in 2007, it was with the intention of making it easier and more flexible for our customers to book and change tickets. And although most of our customers have been very satisfied with this arrangement, there are a few who still experience problems or who are uncertain during the booking process. Most of the problems can be solved by reading our "Online Booking Guide"”, but if you still have questions you are welcome to contact us by mail. Mails are always answered within 24 hours on week days. If your problem is urgent and cannot wait, for example during weekends or holidays, or if you cannot find a solution in the Online Booking Guide or in the e-mail we sent you, you are welcome to ring to our emergency telephone +299 34 85 70:
